How Can We Help?

Things You Need to Know

FAQ: FAQ

You're driving me home, can I bring my drink with me?

No, it is illegal and still considered an open container in your automobile. If you are discovered to have it with you while the driver is en-route to your home with you, the ride will immediately terminate and law enforcement will be notified.

How much are your rates?

$25 in Fargo, West-Fargo, and Moorhead. Out of the Tri-City area please ask the dispatcher for the rate.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash & Credit/Debit cards. For card charges, our drivers use a PayPal app via their cell phones. There is also a $2.00 fee in addition to the initial charge. We can text or email a receipt to you at the time of the charge, simply ask your driver to do so.

Can I do extra stops on my way home?

Yes, however if you think you might need an extra stop, please let the dispatcher know when you call them. Extra stops are $5.00 extra per stop on the way to your home. $10 per stop if it is out of the way.

How far out of the Tri-City area will you go to take me home?

We will go as far as you need us to go. The rate for long runs for example to Detroit Lakes would be $2.00/mile one way from your pickup location to your drop off location, plus any additional stops. All we ask is that you call several hours before hand and make a reservation as this would leave us a team short in the Tri-City area and we can plan accordingly.

How far out of the Tri-City area will you come to pick me up?

We will come as far as we need to go. For example you are in Hickson or Oxbow and need to come back to Fargo. Your rate would be $2.00/mile one way from your pickup location to your drop off location. With this case however we would need a credit/debit card to charge the rate to before we sent a team. Again if you would have any extra stops before you get home, you are responsible for paying the team the additional amount(s).

I don't have a car or my car is parked a few miles away, can I ride in your car?

We do not allow anyone to ride in our chase vehicle cars. We are not licensed or insured to do so. We are not a taxi cab company. Offering larger amounts of money to do so will not be accepted by any of our team members. We can recommend a really great taxi service.

My car seats 5, but now I have 6 including the driver! Can someone ride on another persons lap? Or can someone ride in your car?

Everyone must have their own seat belt in the vehicle we are driving. Nobody is allowed to ride in the chase car as we are not licensed or insured to allow that.

Do I need to have insurance on my car to have you drive it?

Yes, you are required to have the state minimum insurance to drive your vehicle in any state.

Is the driver covered under my insurance policy to operate my vehicle?

Your insurance company covers the Designated Driver while driving you home in your car. Giving our driver permission to operate your vehicle is no different than allowing a friend to borrow your car. Permission was granted to operate your car when you gave him/her the keys, therefore he/she is covered under your policy.

I have a question I don't see here. Can you help me?

Yes! Go to the contact us tab of our page and fill out the information along with your question & the best way to reach you and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
